Spicy Potato Soup🔺🔻🔺🔻

••• Ingredients: Red potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, 1 fresco pepper, 2 red serranos, 3 dried red hot chili peppers.

••• Seasonings: Parsley, Edwards & Sons veggie cubes, olive oil, sea salt.

••• Instructions: Cook ingredients together in pot with water and seasonings. Great for camping!

PS, My bud chowed it, loving it but said "You know what would be good in it?" I'm like "What?🙄" He's like "Bacon!" ...He then proceeds to add that to his ration. I leave and come back later, roll my eyes and ask “How was it?” He's like, it was perfect before...bummed that he'd altered his. Tsk tsk mindless bacon craze... (Promise, you do not need bacon)

Smoked & Spicy Zucchini Casserole 🔺🔻🔺🔻

••• Ingredients: Zucchini, red onion, jalapeño peppers, fresh garlic, shredded Daiya, nutritional yeast, avocado oil, egg replacer in the place of cream 👌🏽 works great.

••• Seasonings: Smoked paprika & white pepper (for that smoked flavor), basil, Better-than-Bouillon vegetable base, Himalayan pink salt, cayenne & crushed red pepper... Also tastes great with mushrooms black olives!

••• Instructions: Line pan with cooking spray or whatever your preference, layer ingredients, & bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Very easy!

Spicy Rutabaga Fries 🔺🔻🔺🔻

••• Ingredients: Rutabaga greens & roots, jalapenos, & onions.

••• Seasonings: Himalayan pink salt, rosemary, thyme.

••• Instructions: Bake or fry with oil or plant based butter.

Before growing these rutabagas I had little experience with them and ALL of their flavor. Rutabagas do not get enough attention, right?

Just a Salad🔺🔻🔺🔻

••• Ingredients: Red and green serranos, jalapeños, fresno peppers, hatch peppers, dried red hot chili peppers, avocado & all the other regular salad stuff.

••• Seasonings: Lime, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, garlic, rosemary, Himalayan sea salt and & hatch pepper juice.

••• Instructions: Before making it look all pretty, I shook all of the ingredients together to make sure everything blended perfectly, therefore no additional dressing needed.

••• Ingredients: jalapeños, sweet peppers, avocado, & cucumber.

••• Seasonings: Sprinkle a little Himalayan black salt & a pepper medley. Don’t forget the tamari sauce and wasabi...

••• Instructions: Add ingredients, roll with sushi mat (makisu), and slice.

Of all my variations of making veggie sushi, like adding tofu, vegan mayo, this & that… this is my most beloved way.
